LACSD said three hours ago that there is no new evidence to indicate a homocide, they will do a little more work but it remains an accident.

Just because no new evidence exists does not in any way mean a homicide or at the very least voluntary manslaughter and/or criminal negligence did not occur. Can you even begin to imagine how many people have gotten away with this kind of thing, both inside and outside of the Hollywood community??? RJ has many others of his ilk....
