I'm pretty sure I was smoking something more than cigarettes on the day when I decided to quit because on the same day I decided to get a personal trainer. I had my first session a week ago and half way through my session I was pretty sure I was going to need something nice to be buried in. I made it about 30 minutes before I was so out of breath that I was wheezing and gasping for oxygen. I had my third session today. What a difference a week makes. While my trainer still tried to kill me...I made it the full hour and never wondered who stole all of my oxygen. It's so nice that my lungs aren't screaming at me right now...course my abs are a different story but at least those are supposed to hurt.

Today was pretty good day in my new smoke-free world!
