as I don't see any "anniversaries" for the next 3 days. That is a two-edged sword as I wish there were a hundred of them each day which would mean there are lots of quitters out there doing well and celebrating anniversaries. The other edge of that sword is I'm having some serious problems with my vision at the moment and will get a 3-day break. I have continued to post the **Anniversaries for today** each day because I think it's important to recognize those who have reached milestones in their quit. I make that post each morning and then stay off the computer for the rest of the day. Things have improved somewhat, but I won't know what's next until my appointment with the ophthalmologist. I may require surgery on my right eye. I hope not!! Anyway, if there are any quitters out there who quit on the 7th, 8th, or 9th,...please email me and I will gladly add your name to the BV Calendar and let the world know about the great decision you made. Perhaps my eyesight would be improved if I had to get up the next 3 mornings and have an "anniversary" to post. Please help!!!!!!!

Do hope your eyes improve without surgery. If it`s easier I would be happy to see my quit date yearly rather than monthly.

I loved seeing my name up there. What you do means a lot to people. You have to take care of yourself too though. Good luck at the doctor

I am a Quitter who will never give up Quitting on this Quit

Quitting replaces the tar and smoke to make room for a life of light and hope.
Smoking was no friend of mine. A friend would never hurt me like smoking did.
Addicted to Quitting
Your worst day quitting is better than your best day smoking.
Quitting is much more than not having another puff
