number anyway. The important thing is that I eat healthy foods, and take care of myself the best I can. I have not been doing that lately. Been eating too much junk, too many things I shouldn't eat. Time to remember that it is about my health, not just whether I fit in my jeans or not. A friend of mine just had a massive heart attack. He almost died. He isn't even 50 years old yet. Kind of a wake up call, yeah, it's about being healthy. Doesn't matter how many pounds I weigh, if they are not healthy pounds. Time for me to focus on what really matters again.
