Hi Wilson,

If your 210 is under warranty and/or you would like to have it serviced by Panerai, I would take it to Shreve & Co. who is an authorized Panerai dealer. They, in turn, will send it to Panerai's service center for the repair.

If it is out of warranty and/or you would prefer to use an independent watch repair service, I would get in touch with Geneva Watch Repair on Post St. and explain the problem. I have not used them myself, but I know of several others who have and they come highly recommended.

I hope this helps...

Best Regards,

Drew

Drew,

Do you know if they would be a good place to take an Anonimo watch for maintenance?

Hi Tony,

As I mentioned to Wilson, I've not had personal experience with Geneva myself. However, I know of several in the Bay area who use them regularly unless it's covered under warranty.

If I'm not mistaken, they service a large number of watches - not just Panerai. It might be worthy of a call just to confirm, but I think you'll be in good shape.

Best Regards,

Drew

Hugues Chatel is a Panerai-authorized repair expert who does fantastic work. I've used him several times and can attest to his professionalism and skill.
