Well, in our country, people are known to be shy and tend to keep to themselves.
We do visit forums and maybe quite active but seldom post. You can post a question or beautiful watch but hardly see any reply. For myself, I would just admire the picture and smile.
That doesn't mean people are unfriendly but like I said, just shy.

It was in 2015...As I was going through a local watch forum, I kept receiving messages from whatsapp groupchats.from ex uni classmates, cycling friends..etc.
So suddenly this crazy idea struck.
Why not is there a Panerai groupchat for enthusiasts?
I tried.
30 Oct 2016 it started with only 2.shortly, we even have friends from overseas.
This, was yesterday.
Many had commitments thus we were unable to have a full turn out.
Well, 50% is good too.

I was the last to arrive and they started without me. Damm

While waiting for food, the usual begins.

We had 8pax but pls do not ask stupid questions like why was there 16 watches.
We are normal people, 8pax = 16 hands

Nice huh

The Japanese were here too.

Nice sumo

Food was served. Trust me, they totally ignored them.

Get lost, let me see what's the fuss about.

What?? This big thing is not a clock!! U are scaring me!

Not convincing this is nice, I am going to show my wife what rubbish this is.

I bet this is AAA

Looking forward to our next gtg!

Thanks for reading 😊
your gtg with us Vince. I am happy to see the passion for the brand
is strong despite the current market conditions.

Also if 16 wrist was only 50% of your 'chatroom strength'
then you have a fairly large group there. Thumbs up to you guys.

Congrats on your first major gtg.

We talked and joked like we were friends for decades.
