New Guinea Energy: Brain child of Paias Wingti.

((((((((( spread this fast and wide through out PNG )))))))))))

New Guinea Energy that has recently put out its IPO (Initial Public Offering) for the public in both Australia and PNG is a brain-child of non-other than the corrupt Paias Wingti and his cohorts; Sir Mike Bromley and Simon Korua with Wingti’s dubious partner John Tower.

Wingti’s very own expat mistress in POM runs NGE head office and she has been very active so far in acquiring the 6 Petroleum Prospecting Licenses in PNG.

Now you might want to ask why would Wingti want to do that?
1. Oil and Gas are the resources that powers this nation and the world, who ever controls it controls the nation’s treasure chest. He will automatically control SHP, Gulf, Western and Central Provinces…thus the people.
2. Build a competitive or something similar to Oil Search and when he and his political cohorts gets into power and him PM, they will sell of Oil Search shares including those of super funds and build one major private PNG company…though IPO is on offer; that is to gain public confidence, the company will be controlled by Wingti through the Directors (phonies).
3. Wingti wants to control the highlanders, at best he wanted Hami Yawari to be is brief-case carrier but Hami had other brilliant ideas (cause Hami is at best illiterate…to the acumen of Wingti). So Wingti wants to screw around with the people who call themselves; “Souths Pawa”.

An more practically NGE should declare to the public at large where the initial seed money of US$20 million came from….but that they will not do, and if they read this article than they will disclose funds from sources who would want to remain anonymous….but that is the least of my worry now.

Present PNG Government and people should strip the 6 PPL’s from NGE and bar them from Oil & Gas business in PNG.

But for now; PAIAS WINGTI still remains 1 step ahead of the game…looks to me like it.

Over to you folks….may be you don’t care, but this information will come back and bite you in 7 years time.

Don't worry. There will be a new scam coming round the corner in no time. If you all don't fall for that one, you'll fall for another one. If there's one thing that's painfully obvious about us, it is that Papua New Guineans as a whole are incredibly naive people, and very, very easy to scam and fool.

The politicians figured that out some time back.

I know for a fact that Wingti had insider information about the float of Oil Search shares some years back. The Oregon float at $1 per share - wingti bought several millions of shares using his previlege as PM - within 3 the share prices rose to $3 per share. He literally made about $5 million over night!

I have absolutely no respect for the man but let's be honest he is smarter than your average MP or Papua New Guinea. The man knows how to make money for himself.

Mi_Savey,

You seem to be a very savvy person. Why waste your time talking about Wingti. Put your brilliant analogies into practise and do something for yourself and get on with life. Why let the name Wingti bother your psyche? Otherwise you may die a very troubled person with your gravestone labelled with a very big "W" on it.

Just cruise man.

I think the concern we all have is that so many Papua New Guineans who can ill afford to lose their life savings are going to fall for this con job. That's a tragedy and is why it's important we get the information out to as many people as possible. Surely you don't believe in cheating the little guy? Surely you've read all the backup information on this issue that has been provided throughout the scape?

Mi savy, keep it up - although some people may be aware of these conmen and their schemes there is always a few unsuspecting or trusting individuals who get sucked in.

Ignore the comments by Kembs. If you have any information on dodgy schemes etc. let us know so we can let our wantoks and rellies know, especially the ones who don't watch or read the news and/or have no access to the internet.
