Nothing helps. I noticed that mine fluctuates on its own. The highest was 51 (!) followed by 9s and 10s. The last time it was 15, and I've changed/added nothing to my diet/routine.

every time i've taken it it lowers the fsh. it's a false lowering because it isn't natural, but it does nonetheless.

I took estinyl under the care of Dr. Ch.eck and my FSH went way down and my antral follicle count skyrocketed - for about a year. Now it is heading down again...

Hi,
I am a Check patient and have recently started taking the Estinyl. Just wondering if it made you ovulate? How high was FSH to begin with? How long were you on it?
Thank you for all your information!

Wow...that's too bad. I guess it works differently for everyone. My FSH was 25 and after taking wheatgrass, it has been between 6 and 12. This was important for me because my insurance doesn't cover IVF unless your FSH is under a certain number (15, I think).
