One blast had the unbalanced translocation and the other two were aneuploid. Even though I had prepared for and was expecting this news, it has really upset me. We now need to decide whether to cycle again, do DE or give up.

We were all rooting for you and so, so sorry about the news! How comfortable do you feel about cycling again? You responded so well last time, would you be up for one more time with OE? Take some time this week to think about things and you'll make a decision soon.

LadyG, it sounded like such a promising cycle. We were pulling for you. Even when we sort of expect that the news will be disappointing it still hurts. There is no want like the want of having a child. We are all in this together - take care of yourself.

To get so close... I'm so sorry to hear this. I've been following your cycle and it did look really promising.
You will need to take some time to collect your thoughts and recover from this crushing news, IMHO... before taking your next steps. Me, I wrestled with OE IVF and adoption for three years before I was ready to turn to DE. We were lucky enough to get our first positive beta in five years on our first try with DE, so considering all the treatments I tried, it really was my crappy eggs all along. Our gorgeous daughter is now 17 months and she is all I ever dreamed of; we still feel like we won Lotto every single day of having her in our family.
So sorry for your news and the outcome of this cycle. It sucks. No doubt about that!

I'm so sorry to hear this news. I don't have any great advice since I'm also stuck right now deciding between those same options you stated. Just wanted to say that I was also upset for you, especially because you had such a great cycle...I was really hopeful.

Hope you can take some time for yourself.

So very sorry. Take a few days and sit with this before you decide. Personally, given your response I would probably cycle again, but no one can make that decision but you. Wishing you the best.
