i started taking it on day 18 along with progesterone creme i read that it was fine to use both. saturday (day 20) i had breakthrough bleeding which is still going on. i stopped taking it at the first sign.

has anyone else had this? i had good luck with it a few years ago for 2 months then everything went haywire.

and it may not be uncommon to experience breakthrough bleeding due to this.

I have used Vitex only by itself but I ended up with a really long cycle and didn't have the patience to see how long the cycle would last after 40 days. Never used progesterone with it so can't speak about that.

I don't know how true this is but I read that if your cycles are fine, maybe there is no need for vitex?

my cycles have been sporadic for the past few months, i was hoping to make them a little more regular but i may be getting into the final phase. anyway, i have stopped the vitex for now and just going with progesterone creme.
