I'm not being monitored, so I've been thinking of using a opt to see if my lh is high and therefore fsh is high.

I'm just not sure if I should test in the morning or afternoon? LH usually doesn't appear in urine until the pm. Should I wait until then?

Anyone try this?

But I guess my FSH has been low enough (mid 20-high 30's) to still be able to get positive opt's when I surge.

Please tell me how this, or if this, works. I'm very interested!

Thanks!

I believe most lh tests are postive at 20, but will show a faint line if your lh is at least 10.

I'm thinking that if there is no line or at most a very, very faint line, then I'll assume fsh isn't that bad. With $1 sticks it's an experment to keep me outta trouble while I pick my next Re;)

I think pixl used to test this way with OPKs to try to gauge if her FSH was high on day 2 or 3...
