I'm sorry to be posting this on xmas day and hope everyone is having a good family day.

but i am 9dp3dt and am having brown spotting this morning - this can't be good - i had my levels checked on friday and all was ok - just took an extra crinone progesterone (doing PIO at night) because i was so scared - does this happen if you have BFN - period or spotting before beta?

i'm not sure how my cycle is supposed to function on a DE cycle.

Help!

TIA

It is light brown spotting for what it's worth and from what I can see from other postings I may not be totally doomed just yet.

The crinone gel is super irritating and causes major spotting. Brown blood is old blood. It could be implantation bleeding. I bled bright red (like a faucet had been turned on) at 6 wks and 7 wks with my first pregnancy. Lots of spotting with my current pregnancy. It's very common (but unfortunate for our mental state!) hang in there and let us know how you get on.

For your posts - they have got me out of total panic mode! I actually took the crinone after the spotting started bc I was worried it was happening bc my prog had dropped - now it seems like it could possibly make any irritation worse - the spotting has at least stopped for now. Thx again SMRC

On the info sheet I got from my Dr's office for post FET, they said to call if there was heavy bleeding but even said that spotting is very common.

hang in there!! this process is so nerve wracking!!
