Thanks Mrs M and Leigh!

Happily, DH got his schedule covered and we went to the clinic this morning and provided his sample. Wow! It feels a little surreal. There was a moment I was in the head nurse's office as she checked everything off and I had a total deja vous moment!

I bought a light weight little basket with some coleus and an orchid in it, and and box of fancy chocolates and left that for our little donor.

I am trying to take it easy and not worry too much (hard to do), and boy, my butt is sore from my first progesterone shot (and del estrogen same night), but the nice thing is having progesterone in my system, I am all tired out and could go take a nap - which I just might do.

I will update you all as soon as I hear!

Looking fwd to a great fertilization report. I have found doing PIO injection earlier (between five and six) and moving around doing evening chores etc after makes it a lot less painful the next day. Also using moist heat for about 15 minutes after injection helps too.GL!!

This is the most painful PIO I have ever had, but I really think it's just because I had a del estrogen shot at the same time...that tends to happen. I bled a lot too from the blood thinners. I am fine though.

We have to inject later, cause that is when DH is home, but I do use a warm sand bag and massage the area. It was pretty lumpy last night! If it continues to be painful, I will check with the RE and see if we need to change the type of oil.

I thought I was a pro with PIO after 6 going on 7 cycles!

Thanks for the advice, I think stretching and moving around is an excellent suggestion and I will plan to do that more. I usually lay around like a walrus.
