Since the 'Tier 2' Junior League is beyond laughable and its the posts and the stupidity that entertain me, and not the hockey, where is Andrew Howes? Mr. Howes has served his second (or 3rd, but who is counting) and deserves to return to the line-up. If TJC do not want to play him then they should trade him (hear Pickering is making a move for a playoff spot). I demand the return of Mr. Howes. The CCHL without Andrew Howes is like a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich where the peanut butter and the jelly get into an argument and then yell at the Wonder bread for assessing a minor penalty. But, after one slice of bread assesses a sanction....well, you know the rest....BRING BACK ANDREW HOWES....even if it is only for the first period (and part of the second)...we can wait another six games (or seven, or eight)

The Panthers are 11 points out of a playoff spot with just 11 games left on the schedule. Do you think Howes could put them over the hump?

Status? In what context? Medically? Suspension status? Team acceptance? Psychologically? Better call Marcus Welby, Coach Cameron and Dr. Phil...not necessarily in that order.

Andrew Howes did indeed return to the lineup last night and while having one of his quiet nights ( just 6 PIM's), has jumped into the league lead with 144 to date. Keep in mind, he's only played 15 games so over a full season that would work out to be about 480.

By the way, he also picked up one of those game misconducts where the team has a choice of either paying a fine or having the player sit out some games.

If you were the coach, which would you choose?

Not sure why the league has taken such a hard line on this young man. He was on a pace for unprecedented penalty infamy. Ruth, Gretzky, O.J., and Chamberlain were never impeded by the league stifling his creativity. Its only his seventh offense. He has played almost 15 games, most of which he has been ejected before the third period. Therefore his frantic pace could have been monumental but has been thwarted by league upper echelon. Shame on you, this young man was on pace for immortality. In a league where boring is the norm, Howes is a superstar!!!!

Our hero almost completed a game! Soooooo close!!! Can't the league give him one more chance? Everybody deserves eleven chances. Seriously, this time it will be ok? Why does the game have to be 60 minutes anyway? Does Reebok make Hannibal Lector cages? Yeah, that's it. One more chance? Puh-leeeez?

Andrew Howes suspension is now over.

Ron, batten down the hatches...what's the over/under on how many shifts he'll play in game one of the playoffs?
