JESUS was a HIGH PRIEST of the day

the custom was the WATER baptism CEREMONY

No WATER baptism EVER washed or CLEANSED one of SIN

the ONLY BAPTISM that EVER washed one of SIN was BY JESUS on the cross when HE BAPTIZED the SOUls of SIN!

MATTHEW 3:13-15 (NIV)
13 Then Jesus came from Galilee to the Jordan to be baptized by John. 14 But John tried to deter him, saying, I need to be baptized by you, and do you come to me?
15 Jesus replied, Let it be so now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness. Then John consented.

LESSON for YOU

NOT EVERY TIMe one sees the word BAPTISM

is it referring to a WATER BAPTISM CEREMONY performed in a CHURCH

EXAMPLE:

when Peter said:

REPENT ye and BE BAPTIZED...

He WAS NOT referring to a CEREMONY in a church congregation

HE was POINTING to the ONE BAPTISM by JESUS

JESUS would take on the SINS of the ELECT

JESUS would ABSOLVE the ELECT who were HIS BODY!!!

JESUS would WASH or CLEANSE or BAPTIZE them with HIS BLOOD

When anyone does a WATER baptism CEREMONy

Its a RITE HONORINg the ONE TRUE BAPTISM by JESYS

the ELECT are WASHED of SIN by the WORD(JESUS)

the ELECT are BAPTIZED of SIn by IMMERSING their SOUls in HIS BLOOD

WATER baptisms are CEREMONIES!!!!!

"JUST AS wateR WASHES away FILTH from the FLESH

JESUS washed away SIN from the SOUl with HIS BLOOD!!!

Stop it, ERic !! You really don't know why those who seek God's mercy needs baptism. ANd who said - what verse?- Peter was referrring to the baptismal of Jesus when he said repent and be baptized? Bwa ha haaa.. this fool is crazy!!

Before one enters that "door" of Jesus, one needs cleansing or purifying of sins. You must be baptized by water immersion just like Jesus and the other followers of Jesus were baptized- by immersion and no other means.!

Well, Eric, doesn't want baptism by immersion because his cultic church wanted it differently. LIke a monkey, he fears water. Infact, he seldom takes a bath... bwa ha hahahahaha
