The fall outing will be on October 2nd. We will be camping in Christian Gulch and likely climbing Pavlos Peak with an option for the hardier crowd to continue on to Petros Peak.

Pavlos: 5.2 miles round trip, 3500' gain, class 3
With Petros: 8 miles, 4100' gain, class 3/4 (?)

I could see us trying to find a way to descend the drainage that begins at the base of Petros Peak and make this a nice loop. Not sure if we can find a safe way into that drainage however.

I will be heading over from Boise around 3 or 4pm, so I probably won't get to the trailhead until around 7 or 8pm on Saturday evening.

I expect us to start hiking around 8am on Sunday morning.

Sorry Steve, I'm got sister in law getting married that weekend. Second year in a row I'll be missing the Fall Outing. Bad form on my part.

The Pahsimeroi. Christian Gulch exits the east side of the range.

I might be able to make it. All depends on my homework load for that weekend. Who from the Nampa/Boise area besides Dan is going/driving? I might need to snag a ride with someone if that's ok?

Let us know,
Kris

I am in. I have already sent out a couple invites to see if anyone will/can come over with me.
