issue of new id for retired railway employees why duplicate id cards for passes alone in case it is not required for spouses and only the retired railway employee is a widower or widow and he or she has the pensioners id card. why complicate issues with one for id one for pass one for relhs etc. etc. this is how the work on p.branch or accounts branch is increased!!!!!!!! is there any cpo or fa&cao bold enough to write about this please.

Yes, it will definitely increase the work on Personnel as well as Accounts
branches. Therefore, this decision requires review at the higher level.

Why id cards for passes are required. It will be duplication. If it is decided to issue
I cards as per recent instructions of Railway Board, it will increase the work.
