...but WHY did he have to do a voice-over ending the show over Bix's solo on "There Ain't No Land Like Dixieland to Me" ?? If the emcee of the show had timed it better he could have read the ending credits over Irving Kaufman's vocal, leaving the Bix solo clear and legible. However the emcee quite clearly made it plain that it WAS Bix on "Loved One" (amazing that the controversy continued for decades after this, very much unwarranted) - and he plays the less-heard original take (where the band fluffs a cue by coming in too soon in the last chorus).
