Note that not only are the solo trumpet lines Bixian, but there are also two sections where both trumpets play together in harmony, and the figuration is also Bixian, but written into the arrangement.

.... a recording by Allan Selby. In fact a Bixian sensibility on the part of the trumpet player throughout the recording. Is the soloist Phil Lever.
