These are very nice and suitable for private purchase type wear...I'd buy em myself but not doing WAAF anymore!

Hey Katie,

Not that i want to have a go at the stockings, as i already have a decent pair, but i was just wondering what you mean by " but not doing WAAF anymore" ?
You must be joking, right?

No, still hugely interested etc but just don't feel very inspired by the WAAF reenactors in general, there are a few great gals, including Raf at War, but the majority don't seem interested in taking part in proper reenactment.
Doing lots of other WW2 stuff though!

That realy is a shame Kate, but i know where you're coming from. How about joining me? It can be quite hard work, trying to do your bit for the war effort, doing wartime Royal Dutch Navy, on your own......
I am afraid we did not actively take part in WW1 as such. We just nicked everybody elses planes, and started our own air force with it! Imagine, Albatroses and Fokkers flying alongside FE2B's, SE5 and Camels....
See you,

Prune.

Hi Kate

That's a shame that you arn't carrying on as a WAAF - we would have been very, very happy to have you out with us!

Can I make you re-consider?

Kind regards

hi Katie,

I re-enact with the RAF at WAR group. Come out with us!! There a great bunch and the WAAF has promising new developments for 2006! It would be great to have you out with us.

I am one who does it properly, well tries to. I think it not only makes you feel better about re-enacting but also the public can see that you take it seriously and they will therefore respect what you are doing.

Hi Sophie,
many thanks!
Will you be at Twinwoods this year? I'm hoping to finally use my WAAF stewards uniform-all I need now is a good repro o/r cap. I'm not sure if Della makes em...any good leads?

Hi Kate

Just to echo Sophie - yes, we have some great things lined up this year and we would love to have you on board, so to speak. Please get back to myself, or Sophie, if you want further details.

Kind regards
