Have had users report to me that every so often (can't find similarities between them) the users will report that when they try to look at the "latest" (located in the tool tray) tapatalk will advise them to contact the administrator. It seems to be random and hits whether the user is on 3G or WiFi. This bug is not limited to "latest" only as it does effect the other tags as well.
