phpBB 3 On replying to a PM

    I get the following error
    Forum error, the forum you are visiting is temporarily closed, please try again later.

    I can read the board, read the PMs and do just about everything else except for reply to pms.

    We are running the latest version of PHPBB3.

    I found and looked into

    but the code is already in place. I am also 100% sure that we have a completely up to date and full install of the board. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi FCB, also can you pm me a link to download a zip of your file /forum/includes/functions_privmsgs.php, better with a ftp account to mobiquo folder.

    Already send you PM, the ftp account can not edit any file and I can not debug for this issue.
