phpBB 3 Not Installed: Server Error

Hi,

I'm afraid I'm having the "Not Installed: Server Error", when trying to validate my install.

The site is http://www.johnnysheppard.com/breakthrough/

I did initially have a problem where the php script was unable to load the xml.so library, but my webspace provider has sorted that now. If you go to http://www.johnnysheppard.com/breakthrough/mobiquo/mobiquo.php it just produces a blank screen rather than an error message.

I can't easily give you ftp access, is there anything else we can try? If not, then I can see if I can get it set up.

for the forum, I have a test user that is: test1 (password).

The error now gives a number when I try it:

Not Installed: Server Error(1)

I have checked and double check permissions, and they look ok to me. I'm just working with the server owner to see if I can get an ftp account set up for someone to help me.

Also forgot to mention before, I downloaded the latest version of the tapatalk plugin, and I'm using the latest version of phpbb - 3.0.7-pl1

Update still doesn't work

I thought I'd try updating to the latest version, but that still hasn't fixed my problem. Can anyone help?
