   I have purged the cache, and the template cache as well. The mobiquo directory and all it's contents have their permissions set to '755'.
   
   I am still getting the Not Installed: Server Error message.
   
   Please advise.

   Hi GYBO5, the problem is your PHP version, PHP/5.2.2 has an error with XMLRPC. We suggest you update the PHP.
