vBulletin 3.8.x Not Installed: Server Error(1)

My site is http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk
I'm running vBulletin 3.8.4 with PHP 5.2.8.

I've followed the instructions to set the permissions and dissallow plugins but whenever I try and verify the site I get this error:

Not Installed: Server Error(1)


I have create an FTP account for you but I don't seem to have permission to PM Yao?

I just upgraded to the latest version of Tapatalk (1.6.0) and now it works.
