While we are still waiting for Apple to get 1.2 out, we have started the list of bug fixes and improvement over the 1.2 version. One thing that is on top of the list is to provide better pagination support on iPhone, especially when the thread has large number of posts. We are trying out the "slide-able tab bar" similar you see on Facebook (see attached image) where we will put the pagination control there (e.g. 1 2 3 4 5 Last). Do you like this change? We looked into all of your input here and found this is perhaps most doable and in fact addresses most of the requests and concerns. Let me know how you like it!
hmmmmmmmm well its definitely better than what we have now. haaaaa REALLY OFF TOPIC yawl should change the grey color to orange. its so boring the way it is now. see how facebook is blue. should makes yawls orange and light orange. but uhh i am partial to orange. its one of my fav colors. or give users the ability to change the colors
We are flexible - initial thought is the put the page numbers there ("< 1 2 3 4 5 >", and then put a option in the Settings where you can define how many posts to load per page.
Have u guys started on this yet? I think this would solve the page issue. When I go into a thread it shows me the last ten posts. I have no way to see the previous ten posts. I hit refresh and it takes me to the first page. Having pagination would solve this issue. Also allowing a user to set posts per page. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We push back this as was trying to get the Private Message working. No date is set but it is one of the highest "feature" on the list.
I don't mean to be a pest. But something has to be done bout thread view. I reply to a thread and my post doesn't show so I refresh and that takes me to the begining of the thread. So I select show newest posts. My post still don't show. During this process I'm reminded of how confusing it is to figure out what posts I'm readng and my place with in the thread. It's very annoying. Makes me wonder how someone feels that's just trying the app out for thr first time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
