I downloaded and installed the tapatalk mod by way of ftp on my server around 3 weeks ago. The app worked fine for about 1 1/2 weeks and then stopped working. I tried redownloading the app by over writing with no luck. I then completely removed everything to do with the app from my server and reinstalling it again by way of ftp,...still no luck. Finially I removed everything from the server again and this time I unzipped the app and installed it using shh. Still no luck. If I verify the installion of the app here on Tapatalk, it shows it is installed. However, my members who have paid for their app through on itunes say no part of the app is working on my website. I do not have any of the phones needed to see if the app works on my website or not, so I'm sorta at the mercy of my members to tell me if the app is working or not. My site is located at http://www.psychobike.com/forums/ Only test I have found here to try is http://psychobike.com/forums/mobiquo/conf/config.txt Results: is_open=1 guest_okay=1 reg_url=register.php version=vb37_1.2.0 hide_forum_id= Please help!
We notice the issue and we are looking into it... If necessary we will request FTP access to the mobiquo/ folder.. we will send you PM to follow up.. Cheers
It appears one of your plugin is having compatibility issue with Tapatalk. Can you turn each of them off one by one to identify which plugin is causing the issue? Then we can go from there...
As I have said I do not have a phone to see any changes on the fly. There for I will need to wait until I can hook up with one of my members to see which plugin maybe causing the issue. Once I run that routine I will let you know what the findings are, if there is any. I will try to look into this tomorrow. Thank you for the response so far.
You may want disable the new plugin / MOD that you installed in in past few days so we can identify which MOD is causing compatibility issue with Tapatalk.
Hi, Yes everything should be inside the mobiquo folder. I am just very curious as it was working before (yah I even login to your forum a week or two ago). So what's changed?
