Anyone know? I know Offtopic may be joining in the near future, they have 500-1200 people online at anytime. But what's the biggest forum currently on the network?
Yeah the members at offtopic been harassing the lazy owner to add it lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
interesting question ... tapatalk is at moment in a private Beta Test at our forums, when it goes Public we have 1500 in the Night and 3500 till 5500 User online over day.
Wait a minute, we need to do a german to us unit conversion you know how our numbers are running lower than euro... just kidding, that is a whole lot of people. One of the biggest sites I frequent is a motorcycle forum with about 800 + member visits a day (site has roughly over 22,000 members). I can't even imagine the database needed to run a forum your size... that really is huge numbers. I'm with Ifonz, member envy
we just moved to a new server. we did have 6000 registered users, but now we are back to 1600 and climbing (after 3 days). The most online at any one time was 200, but that will probably jump up to 400/500 after a competition.
I have over 12k registered user with an average of 800-900 online. The most online at once was 2640. I am trying to get the tapalk to work as we have over 800 users with iphones.
allstar cheelreading. www.thefierceboard.com from what we can tell its the most visited website related to allstar cheerleading. a lot of industry heads know about it.
Ahhh nice it seems harder for general boards like mine to get so large. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yes, niche sites do generally draw more members than a general forum. I have spent some time researching this subject and I consider it a very fascinating subject, sort of a marketing 101. Would love to hear what other forum owners consider a must do when creating or advertising their site.
