When I try to verify the installation status it returns: Not installed: server error. But when I access the forum from my iPhone it is saying the forum is iPhone native. Not really sure what the problem is. I'm not sure how to set the privileges either?
When you are connected to your FTP, do a right-click on mobiquo folder and select properties or CHMOD, and you'll be abble to set the permissions as Winter described it
Hi and thanks for the reply. When I right click the folder and select Properties the only permission options I have is to set the folder as 'write', 'read' and 'execute' for 'owner', 'group' and 'all users'. All boxes are ticked (nowhere to set a value) but the problem remains Can I ask why it takes so long to get a response to my queries?
The Tapatalk Forum Owner Area is now not accepting my log in details! I have requested my password be resent (just in case it's my fault) only to be told my email address is illegal. I have registered for another account using the same details as before. I wasn't told the username was already in use. My validation mail arrived and was told on clicking the link that there had been an error. When I try to log in now I am told my account is awaiting validation (Edit: I can now access the account from my iPhone but not my laptop)

No change no web side. You need download tapatalk app from Apple app store or Android market and then you'll find your forum on it and you can browse your forum with the app.
