vBulletin 3.8.x Installation Problem

I'm an old user of tapatalk.
lately my forum's users had problem finding forum on the tapatalk network so I Updated tapatalk server (mobiquo) to the latest version 1.5.2. but I can't verify the installation even though I checked the folder permissions and even tried the private forum method (even though my forum isn't all private).
all I get is this error :

I changed the permission of all the files to 755 and no I get this:

I deleted the forum from tapatalk network and when I added it again the installation was ok! :-? hmmm... thanks anyways...!
