SMF 2.0.x Greek language issue in SMF

what about SMF forums?

Which is the corresponding file ("vbulletin_common.php") ?

here is the case:

Some posts with Greek characters are displayed fine, while some others don't.

The strange thing is that in the preview of the posts (before tapping on each preview to read the full post) all characters and all posts are displayed correctly!

Any ideas?

(my board is an SMF forum, and the encoding is UTF-8)

I haven't use tapatalk for reply.
Anyways, the problem is that the forum is not readable via tapatalk app :/
