Greetings. When I first set this up a week or so ago it was working fine. Now I get server access errors both on my phone and on your verification test. I've downloaded and reinstalled the latest version you have posted for vBulletin 4, have double-checked that the script is properly called in the template footer (or so it appears), and have made the modification listed on your site, changing the define('CSRF_SKIP_LIST', ''); line to have "login" as it's second argument, all to no avail. Please help.

    Thanks!

    Hi David,

    You forum url is...?

    My forum URL is...

http://forum.makingherhappy.com. I'm sorry for the omission; I mistakenly assumed that your system would link the User ID since I was dispatched from the owner's area login to the trouble-ticket area. Do you need an administrator account login or anything to check it out? What I can't figure out is that it was working when I installed it, and I've not installed anything else or changed any settings since then.

    Bump

Looks like my question got lost in the shuffle. Hoping to bump it up to reopen.

I will get Yao to look into it in next few days, he is occupied on BlackBerry development at the moment.

Any chance of getting some help?

This issue is coming up on two weeks old, and I'm fielding a lot of questions from people who have bought your mobile software to keep up with my forum. You're making me look generally incompetent and like a guy who can't get things done, and when part of my purpose on that forum is to teach guys how important it is to get things done to command respect, you're really tripping me up hard. Is there any way that we can get together on this sometime in the next day or two?

I realize you're busy, but you're about to force me into a position of having to drop support for your product just to show action taken, and that looks neutral-to-bad for me and bad for you, so I really don't want to do it. I'm "all-in" here; I'll give you my phone number, an administrator account, or whatver you need to fix this quickly, have closure, and make both of us look good if you'll just tell me what you need. Can you point me to a troubleshooting guide, or a white paper that describes any particular settings or permissions that you need for this to work? I'm not a sideline complainer; I'd much rather be doing something useful if there is anything I can do to help.

    HI David.

    Just checked your forum.

I guess the mobiquo.php has broken, looks some "new line" or white space was add at the first or end of the file. Before "<?php" or after "?>" should no any character.

Here is solution. at first, please delete the whole plugin and unzip it again.

Then please fellow the below thread, change the 'CSRF_SKIP_LIST' etc.

Please let me know if still not work. You can post here or pm me directly.

    Thanks,

    Working, ticket closed

    Hi Yao,

Your instructions did work. I don't know how white space got into that php file, but re-uploading fixed it. You're a genius. Thanks!
