   Hey,
   
   I had an issue on my server when initially installing the plugin for PHPBB 3.0.2.
   
   The config folder and config.txt file both needed to be chmoded to 755 before it would pass validation also this plugin will not work if you have php_safe mode enabled on your server.

   It's strange because my config file is CHMOD to 644, and I enabled safe_mod on my server, and I don't have this issue.
