I have a SMF 1.1.11 forum that is both private, and bridged with Mambo 4.6.5. When viewing the forum with a mobile device, I receive the message that the forum is compatible with tapatalk. This leads me to believe that the software is installed correctly. However, I cannot seem to convince the tapatalk website that the software is installed.
Few days ago we found a issue that the current beta plugin does not support SMF private forum. I will to a notice at the download page to let all future SMF owners aware of this issue until it is fixed. We are looking into the issues and hopefully it can be fixed soon, but not likely within few days.
Sean is still looking into it. If you would like to expedite this issue and get the first one to get it work, please PM him ("sean") FTP access to "mobiquo" folder. Be sure to PM to him and not anyone else
Please download the latest version of the SMF plugin we just published a minute ago, it should solve the issue if your forum is a private forum (requires login)
