I purchased the Tapatalk app for Android on Sunday using the Marketplace. That was two days ago. I paid for the app using Google checkout and the transaction went through just fine. However, it's been stuck on the "Authorizing Purchase" screen for 2 days. I searched lots of forums and found that this is a common problem. I tried all the strategies to get it downloaded but nothing works. Can you suggest something to do or help with this download. In any case I have cancelled it for you so you can try to purchase again, hope this time you have better luck with Google Checkout
Thanks for cancelling the order. I'm trying to re-purchase it. My Market app still thinks I've purchased it and keeps trying to "Authorize Purchase". How do I clear the original transaction so I can try to buy it again?
It's been over 12 hours and it's still saying "Purchased". Any other "techniques" to employ to get this back to where I can try to purchase again?
More than 24 hours has gone by and it's still saying "Purchased". Please help....I have the Tapatalk demo and love it. I want to purchase the full version.
It's Saturday and my Market app still shows "Purchased" for Tapatalk. I really want to get the full version of this program. Can you email me the app so I can install? I will gladly pay you through Paypal or Credit Card.
I searched a lot of forums today about this issue. I'm not the only one having this problem. Nobody seems to know how to remove the purchased flag from an app in the Market. Ken - Motorola Droid
Hello, Wish we can help too. I suggest you will have better luck if you contact Google or your carrier directly. If you need us to cancel the order for you we are able to help.
If you mean shutting it off, pulling the battery and then, starting back up...yes.... dozens of times. Thanks for the suggestion, though. Ken - Motorola Droid
You've already canceled my order....that's in this thread earlier. What I want is to be able to buy the app. Is it possible to get it directly from you guys as a download?

I have the problem still. I have tried to write to google but got no response. can help me here, no one. I would like to buy this app.
Well, after about a month, the "Purchased' flag finally went away in my Market. So, I was able to attempt again to purchase and download. This time I was successful in getting the program downloaded and installed.
I'm in the same boat. I purchased tapatalk last night and it got stuck on authorizing purchase. I canceled, tried again and it's still stuck. I sent google a message and hopefully they'll get back to me. A google search turns up a ton of results so this seems like a common bug. Did anybody ever figure it out?
