When will the new version of tapatalk be availabe. It's frustrating I want to use the app but it's missing so much! I barely use it I would rather be on safari. I know the app is a great idea but about how much longer do we have to wait for the new version ?????? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ohhhh you beat me to it, just found it on the app store myself. I've been checking it daily even last night.
App bought and installed and now I'm ready to kill my forum admin. Was chatting to him ages ago while he supposedly installed the thing but I isn't working. Well I can't find the forum anyway so guess it's not setup right. He's not got an Iphone to test it. Sorry just had to let off steam while I wait for him to finish work lol

So I see that it's available, however, I'm a little miffed at the fact that I've already purchased it, yet the new version is not being offered as an update. It really looks like I have to purchase again just to get the update. What's up with that?
Well, in this case, it's not. I purchased the app some time back, as I have noted in other posts. I can see that there is a new version available, but it is not being offered as an update. It is only available to "BUY NOW".
Doesn't it show up as "buy now" and then when you buy it you get a message that says it was already bought and there is an update?
sounds like you have the free adhoc beta version loaded through itunes from winter, but the app store does NOT treat that as the same program. so, apple doesnt consider you having purchased tapatalk yet, so you still have to buy it from the app store. you will have two versions at once on your iphone/ipod though - the adhoc one and the official one. the official one will have the free upgrades.
