Tapatalk for Nokia - Beta Users Recruitment

Hi all,

It appears the Tapatalk Nokia development team is getting the app polished enough to announce it as a beta version - what we have in mind is to share this app to interested forum owners and moderators who has the compatible device to test-drive it and provide us feedback.

I would like to check with all of you that if you and your moderators are interested in trying it out. The following are the supported devices:

Let us know if you have any of those and would like to give it a try - tell us which forum you are associated with and we can work something out to get the app install to your device.

We plan to officially announce it at Ovi store by end of October if all goes well.

The app uses Nokia WRT technology - basically it is a web-based app on steroid - it is much faster than downloading pages from web browser and can store user preferences (e.g. auto-login) and etc.

We understand that it is no iPhone especially compare with Tapatalk iPhone version but it gives your forum members another alternative to access your forum easily. This is an exciting news as it shows our commitment in deliver Tapatalk beyond iPhone - what we are trying to achieve is to provide your forum members a meaningful way to access your site from majority of smart-phone - you can also expect other device support will be announcement in next few months to come.

Hi,i am paul from tapatalk nokia team.Thanks for reply.We're testing on Nokia S60 3rd devices.Will be ready by beta.More devices will be supported.

I'm interested on the Nokia app after just having installed the iPhone one. My forum is www.ajaxtalk.nl . We have around 1500 users and quite a few mobile users. If you can let me know if we can be beta testers that would be great.

iFonz I think you misunderstood what Paul said - he meant any devices running on that OS will work. See the device list in the first post.

Our users use a whole range of mobile devices. iPhone, Blackberry, Nokia and more. I'm interested in providing as many mobile solutions as possible as I know they will be really appreciated by our users.
