View Full Version : Time stamp error?

I installed the scripts on my server last night and for everything up and running... All went well.

However this morning I see the post time stamps are incorrect when viewed via tapatalk app.

Posts made upto midnight were ok, returning times of 23:55, etc... But all posts after midnight seem to have kept counting up the hours? I think im now upto 29:xx hours and counting, LOL.

Anyone else observed this? Could his be an iPhone setting I need to edit? The posts are being submitted with correct time stamp when I browse via the web.

I'm using the uptodate adhoc install, or atleaat I think it's the most uptodate version? Just concerned this could be an issue when the app store version gets released.

Hi,

Im using tapatalk ad hoc May 17th.

Server side I am running vb3.8_0_9_8, which i downloaded from the forum owners section yesterday. I presumed this would be the latest version, but now youve said 0.9.18, im thinking im on an old version?

One test URL is here. http://www.saxperience.com/forum/showthread.php?t=234221

When browsing via the web all is fine, but when I browse on MY iPhone via Tapatalk, the third message is stamped 1 Jun, 28:34, when the time should actually be 8:34??? (ie, the 2 is carried?)

Was this a bug, or some issue with my setup? Any ideas?

Hi Simo,

Which version of the VB plugin and iPhone app you are using? This issue should be fully resolved by now.

At the time I posted this message I was runinng the most upto date versions. I will check/update mobile app and server apps now and see if this issue still remains.

Thanks
Simo

OK, Ive just updated app and server side and the problem posts appear to be appearing with correct time stamp now.

Thanks ;)

Noticed the links to get to forum owners area step 3 are not there now to re-check install, edit details, etc? Obvisouly, if you type the correct url, its there ;) Maybe a tidy up?

To clarify... I upgraded the server side files then logged into the owners area to check the status to confirm all was ok.

I couldn't find a link to take me to the status check page (stage3) without filling in all of the forum registration stuff again at step 2.

Instead I edited the page URL to jump to step 3... I thought there used to be a link to check status directly... Or, hop to step3.

Maybe I missed something??

I think we need to revamp the interface a bit :)

Do you notice the "3" circle at the top right corner that can take you to the Step 3?

Yeah, I see the step 3 image now.

Maybe if you'd have made it bigger and more orange, I would have seen it 1st time ;)
