Did any of you notice this app was available in the app store for very little time and was brought down? Some of my users are complaining that they can't find it on there anymore... Why?

Does anybody know the reason for why the app has disappeared from iTunes App Store? How long it was there available?
I would love to use your plugin for http://forum.theparacast.com but there is no sense to install this plugin until the app is available again on iTunes App Store.

Hi Jason,
If that's the case you can wait for a bit before jumping it. We has been distributing the ad-hoc built for all forum members in past two weeks (now it is closed) so they can actually access to their forum via iPhone. ;)

Hi,
Do I have to wait until June 1st for the AppStore version to be out again?
and two more questions, one is, Is this latest server version a Beta version? the update is just replacing the folder right?
the other question is, would Tapatalk support other encodings? like Persian language? (of course Persian should have been installed on the iphone!)

Hi Shayab,
Looks like we missed your message. Yes the app support Persian display but the app is not localized to this language. If you think you can also help us in localizing to Persian, it would be great :D

Maybe I am missed a post somewhere... If I have the latest Ad Hoc version on my phone, how far ahead of the current app store version is that? As of right now, I know the app store version is well behind in performance and bugs, but what version will my current Ad Hoc version be?
I know that 1.2 is in the approval process, is that going to be comparable to the Ad Hoc version on my phone now?
And I also know they are working on private messaging and push, but we don't even have that in our Ad Hoc versions...
Maybe they are really not connected like that, I am just trying to figure it out.
Thanks

From what I know our adhoc version is 1.5. Our next adhoc should include the private message function before it hits the app store. Wish we had 1.2 though. Ha ha

No such luck. I installed the Ad Hoc version (which did overwrite the App Store version) and went to my forum to test it. When I posted, it seemed like it took it, but when it returned to the thread, my post wasn't there (but the post did actually work). After that, I hit refresh and the permissions error came behind all of the posts in that thread. As soon as I navigated away from that area, I have not been able to load ANY content on my site. (spinning icon).
So, I restarted the app and it all started working OK for a short time and then the same thing happened again... I can't narrow it down to a trigger.

Winter,
I have restored your previous privileges on my site (LibertyPSE). That is where I was doing my testing today. When you guys were there testing earlier today, I didn't have it setup so that you could see the forums where I was testing.
Please feel free to try again.
Also, did you realize that I still had the push plugin installed on TrailVoy?
Thanks

Hi jman,
Yes pls go ahead to turn off the push thing, including the plugin ;). We are done with it!
For testing on your forum can you briefly tell me what to do to reproduce the problem?

It has been announced that the app is only available in the US at the moment, but the next release is promised to be available worldwide, so please hang in there.
As for the translation thing, someone on the development team will respond to that.
Thanks ;)
