VB Plugin 0.9.16 released

Hi,

Here is the latest update to VB Plugin - Not critical but it does fix few problems:

- Private forum not entirely private - fixed and now it behaves the same as on web browser
- Now correctly marked posts as "read" when viewed on iPhone.
- Day-light saving time issues resolved
- Occasional SQL error email report - now resolved.
- Re-solved duplicate forum icons issue
- plus few minor fixes.
