Issues after update

Yesterday I wasn't able to sign on or see either forum I'm registered to however I was able to go on anyother forum on the app. I had to delete the app completely and re install it. Not sure what happened or if I was the only one having that issue. Also today I can't go to the 25 newest post I get an error message saying it's unavailable ??? I know the time has already been addressed other then that the new update is great!! I love it!! Great job!

Ivy do you mean the signature you defined in the vbulletin forum does not shown when you reply to a post, while it shows when you create a new topic?

Or you mean the Tapatalk signature?

No I mean the Sent from my iPhone using tapatalk thing. I like that to show so more ppl know about the app. Also I have ref. A few ppl to the forum I'm on and they weren't able to register while mobile does tapatalk have this feature in it's future?

also while i have your attention I reffered a few ppl to the forum Im on and they couldnt register while mobile I was just wondering if we have that option in tapatalk future???

I think it is related to the upgrade issues where some older cache was not handle properly - we had few reports from users of similar issues and solved it by logging off the user or even completely reinstall the app.

We will make sure in next update it will be a smoother experience.

Hi Ivy,

This has been discussed previously but no timeframe is set for this, until we delivered all the "core" features (pagination, image upload and push notification) we will revisit the priority. Thanks for bringing this up though!!

No problem! Thank u for getting back to me. I've seen convo on the board about most of those features but not the push notification. Any idea how that's going to work if it is a feature will the notifications be just for subscribed threads. Because our forum gets pretty busy at times and seeing all those pop ups would make me go crazy lol
