Still not able to download and now it appears I have been charged 3 times :eek: for the application, I guess there must be a glitch which is causing it to 'buy' each time I try and re-install it (although it says 'purchased' already).
Who do I contact to have this refunded as I mailed the author with no response? :confused:

Ducky can u send us the order number so we can take a look from our side? Normally Google system will handle it automatically but we can take a look anyway.

Hiya,
Where would I get the order number from as I haven't received any e-mails from TapaTalk? I rang my CC company last night who said there are two pending charges outstanding for £2.07, so I'm guessing that's from me trying to get TT to install on my phone. However they said to give it a couple of days and see if these fail, otherwise to call back.
Not quite sure where I stand now, as haven't tried reinstalling it in case it fires off another charge. I think there is a fault somewhere and it's stuck in a loop, can't seem to find a way to clear the CC settings from my phone so I can start again?

I see two orders you have placed, the first one is cancelled and the second one it appears stuck somewhere, i have cancelled both for you and you won't be charged.
