Hello,

When I have links on the forum, ones that look like forum areas, but redirect, they do not show up on tapatalk. I was wondering if this was a bug or a future feature. The reason I am asking this is because I have areas on my forum that can only be accessed through these links. I want to have them available to be accessed through tapatalk.

My forum is: http://thebestforumever.com

Yours,

Tony

I believe this was on purpose. I had pointed out a while back that the links weren't being parsed properly, and I think they completely hid the links. I am not sure if they intend to add them back and ensure that they load the web browser or what...

Yes we intend to add it back and when you tap on it it will open up the Safari.

Since 1.2 is now released we will add it back in subsequent version.

I was wondering if it was possible that when you tap on links, only urls that lead outside of the forum open up in safari? That would be amazing!

Do you mean if a link points to internal forum it should not open Safari?

Hi all,

We will address the forum link issue where you can tap and open it in Safari.

As for transforming url link into in-app action - though nice but will take time to implement - we are moving it to "Feature Request".
