I would love to download and install this so my users (who have informed me they've been waiting for this) who want it can purchase your app, but I can't login to the Forum Owner Area. I can login to the forum, but not the other area. How do I proceed?

Are you getting some sort of error or something?

I just logged in, so I know it's working. What browser are you using?

IE - I can log in here fine, but not there.

Error is:

Invalid username or password. Please try again.

Click here if your browser does not support redirection.

This is bizarre. Am I missing something? I was really hoping to install it tonight and test it, and then announce it so my users could start buying it. So thanks in advance for whatever help you can provide.

OK, I think it's starting to come back to me now... it's been a while since I registered my forums...

Did you click the register button instead of that login button? If memory serves me, I think you need to register there and the forums separately, the credentials don't carry over.

Give that a try...

It's saying that my username is already in use - but there's no password recovery link??? :confused:

Hmmm, that is weird. I don't have access to check on that for you, so we will have to wait for someone on the dev team to answer this thread.

I can't believe it took us that long to add the password reset function, we were hoping no one will have this problem I guess we were wrong :D:D

patsfans, we will either PM you your password or reset a new one for you manually shortly.

In longer term we will add this reset back - just that we are so overwhelmed nowadays...

Sounds good. I've been checking the app store daily for your app, and am pleased to see it's finally there (I've purchased it and am looking forward to testing the forum with it).
