Hi, I really would like to buy your application to use on my 5800, but I can not figure out why ovi store says it is not compatible with my device, and when I can not find a seperate place to purchase the .sis file or atleast download a .sis directly so I can copy it to my device and install it!

We're submitting another build to support more countries. Will let you know as soon as it's done.

This problem still exists sometimes. Australian user, phone (N97, S60v5 w/latest f/w) returns a slightly cryptic error message after purchase and download attempt, saying that install of unnamed is not supported.

After seven attempts to install, it finally lets me install the application from the Ovi store.

Seriously, as a vendor using the platform you really need to kick Nokia in the backside if these are the kind of problems your potential customers are experiencing. You should be looking at alternative sales and distribution platforms for the app.

Hi All,

I'm having the same problem (I'm in the UK, have a Nokia E63 running Symbian v3) and the Ovi Store says my phone is not supported.

Any help gratefully received as I really do want this app!

Kind regards,
NeeCee

Thanks for your attention on Tapatalk. I'm submitting another build to addressing the locale issue. The Ovi guys are reviewing the app and will be online soon.
