Why can't I submit my site?

Each time I fill it out, I click "Submit" and it brings me right back to Step 2 with the Logo blanked out but everything else still filled in. My logo is under the max size at 90x83 and in .png format. What's going on? :confused:

Can you try again now? We did some update few hours ago that causes the problem, it should work now.
