I have just purchased and installed tapatalk on my n97, it is running fine and I log into the forum i am a member of but then the list of forums is blank. Other people on the forum are using tapatalk and they aren't having a problem. (Although most of them are using the iphone).

Not sure if it's the exact same issue as described as above, but 2 of my members have just purchased the full version of the Nokia/Symbian version of this application and are both experiencing the same issues.
Despite logging in, they are unable to reply to messages; instead being told they need to login. Additionally any protected forum cannot be viewed by them, despite having the sufficient rights via the phpbb settings.
I am certain they're using the correct login details and have even asked them both to create a new account and try that, but they're still getting identical issues.
Please let me know if you need any additional info - for reference the forum is hosted at http://ultimateplaystation.com/forum

Do you always have this problem? The server side may not be stable sometimes. Could you let me know the result after you retry? Thanks.
And I am sorry to say we do not have time to look into the problems as we are taking the Chinese Spring Festival leave. We will continue bug fixing 10 days later.

No, the users are having no problems accessing the site via the Nokia browser. Just when using this app.

Any update on these issues? My members have spent money on this application and quite rightly are now expecting a refund as the application simply isn't working for them.

Hi ACE and all,
It appears to be a common problem affecting all phpBB installation with Nokia device access. You will need to update your plugin to resolve this issue.
Are you able to login to the Forum Owner Area and download the latest package (1.5.1)? Let your fellow knows and see if this problem is indeed gone away.
Thanks.

Hey, the code update seems to have done the job and one of my users at least agrees everything is fine now on the Nokia.
However, despite it being a paid version, they can't find a way of turning the "sent via Tapatalk" message off. Can this be done??

Yes, it will be done in next release. Sorry for inconvenience.
